Between the pages of this book, hidden in my story, I will expose the secrets that secured me the powerful position as a ‘pioneer and leader of modern close-up-deception.’ These are not secrets of sleight-of-hand or techniques of deceptive dexterity, but the strategic and intricately planned method that lead to my success, aided by the psychologies and performance philosophies
of my character development.
What I believe to be the most interesting factor in my self-qualified position, is that all of these morals where acquired during what became a twenty-year long performance art piece in which I would pretend to be a magician. What started out as a simple experiment, became a full-time character-driven career.
